GRS was engaged by GWL Realty Advisors (on behalf of BC Investment Management Corporation) to undertake the comprehensive anchor tenant evaluation and merchandising/tenant mix planning for the development a high profile, prime two city block site in downtown Calgary.  Strategically positioned in the epicentre of the City commercial district and a new high-density residential enclave, this comprehensive development includes 5 highrise residential towers to house over 1,000 residential units and a major hotel block.  The high profile retail space is expected to feature new-to-the-market retailers and food/beverage operations to meet the sophisticated needs of the downtown workforce and population base.
